To be used in the Atom, there was a BBC extension card made by Acorn. In the region Twenthe some inventive people made modifications for the card more corresponding to the way things around the memory-map were done within the FAC. Read the article in AN 1984 issue 7 page 10 - 20, to be found at the download page. It did never become a great success.
